Privacy for Private Sale Estimates
This policy describes information submitted through this website and how seller enquiries are handled.
Updated November 2, 2026.
Information you choose to provide
The form collects your name, email, business name, industry, annual revenue range and state. You can also provide a phone number. The valuation popup requests the same core business and contact information.
Do not submit tax returns, financial account details, employee records or other sensitive documents through these forms.
How an enquiry is used
We use the information to record and route a valuation enquiry and enable follow-up. The request is shared with an independent business valuation partner, which may contact you about the business sale.
We may receive referral compensation. The partner is responsible for its own handling of information after receipt; ask it about its privacy practices before sharing further documents.
Security, measurement and storage
The lead system uses limited technical information for spam prevention and security. A keyed representation of an IP address may be used to limit repeated submissions.
Cloudflare may provide security and aggregate website analytics. Google Fonts serves the typefaces. The valuation popup uses session storage to avoid repeatedly displaying during a browsing session.
Questions and requests
For a privacy question, use the contact form and put Privacy request in the business name field. You can explain an access, correction or deletion request during follow-up.
We will review the request and may need to confirm identity. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security or transaction reasons. Do not submit another valuation request solely to withdraw an earlier one.
